At Kristal Optika, we make sure every order is delivered safely, quickly and professionally. Below you will find all the information about our deliveries.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received.
  • Orders placed after 17:00 are processed the next day.
  • On weekends and public holidays, orders are processed on the first working day.

2. Delivery Time

We deliver across Kosovo.

  • Delivery time: 1 working day.
  • For rural areas, delivery may take up to 2 days.

3. Delivery Cost

  • €2 standard delivery across Kosovo.
  • Free for orders over €50.
  • Payment can be made in cash on delivery or with the payment methods offered by the store.

4. Delivery of Prescription Glasses

Products that require personalisation (prescription lenses) may need:

  • 1–3 extra days of production before being sent to you.

5. Checks & Package Safety

Every product is checked before shipping and carefully packed to ensure:

  • protection from damage,
  • cleanliness and hygiene,
  • safety during transport.

6. Damaged Delivery

If your package arrives physically damaged:

  • photograph the damage,
  • do not use the product,
  • contact us within 24–48 hours.

We will offer:

  • a new product, or
  • a refund, depending on the situation.
